Rules

Outbid Games is a real-time public leaderboard and auction for videogames. There are no ads, no API keys, and no revenue share. Gamers and communities pool bids together to stand above everyone else. Rank is the pooled bid — nothing else.

How ranking & pooling works

• Bids are whole US dollars, $1 minimum increment.
• Automated Game Pooling: When people enter or boost the same video game, all bids are combined into a single active listing pool for that title.
• Rank Determination: The total pooled amount decides the game's rank. Paying less than #1 still pushes your game up the board at whatever rank that new pool total can achieve.
• Tie Breakers: Equal pooled totals stay in the order they reached that amount — the older pool keeps the higher rank.
• Overtaking #1: To take #1, a game's total pool must reach at least $1 above the current #1 pool.

Global Videogames Catalog

• The app uses an indexed global videogame database with cover art, release years, and official links.
• When typing a title, select your game from the live search dropdown.
• Official store destinations (Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Official Site) are verified and tracked for click velocity.

Payment & Settlement

• Live bids are securely settled via Polar.sh.
• Once checkout is verified, your bid amount is added to the game pool and broadcast to the live activity stream immediately.
